The Z-Ultimate Boot Camp is in full swing and the first group of trainees are being put through their paces by the Senior Masters from Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios.
I observed the first day of training and the attitude and work ethic of this group of trainees is impressive. The are being put through the ringer, yet the smile and keep going. It is this kind of attitude and work ethic that will serve them well as they continue through boot camp and their martial arts training.
