Over my twenty-plus years as a professional martial artist, the #1 thing I have heard the most about why people are interested in martial arts training but never get started, they always say,

“Well, I am just not sure this is for me and my family…”

Recently, Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios just held the Winter Grand Championship Martial Arts Tournament and families – just like yours – flew in from around the country to compete and get to know their fellow Z-Ultimate martial artists.
